We want to build a high-quality development that is in keeping with the local area and improves on the rich environmental features already there, providing much-needed new homes, a new primary school, public open space, and improved connections for walking and cycling.

- Up to 191 new homes, including 76 affordable homes (of which19 will be ‘First Homes’)
- 6 self-build plots
- Open space, including children’s play areas
- Landscaping and ecological improvements on-site
- New vehicular and pedestrian access from Chiswell Green Lane including a cycle link through the site to the south.
