Next Steps

After our public consultation event on 8th July, we will be accepting your feedback on our updated proposals until Monday 22nd July. After this date, we will analyse the feedback and use it to inform our decision-making as we finalise our plans and prepare to submit a planning application to St Albans City and District Council by the end of 2024.

From there, Council officers will assess our plans and comment, and a final decision on whether planning permission should be granted will be made by St Albans City and District Council’s Planning Committee.
