Next Steps
Our planning application will be considered on 3rd November by St Albans City and District Council’s Development Management Committee. The officer report recommends that councillors approve our application. The councillors will consider this report, ask questions, debate the application, and ultimately vote on whether to grant planning permission.
Taylor Wimpey are currently in the process of discharging planning conditions of the outline consent. We will also be required to submit and discharge any conditions relating to the reserved matters approval if planning permission is granted by the Council of the details of the scheme.
